Observation
Assessing where I go from here
Applying self regulation and accepting feed back
This project is an assessment of my life on a holistic level.
Assessing what is working for me at this point in my life, looking at what I have achieved from the projects that I have completed so far and what can be used in the future.
Exploring what needs tweaking to make it work, cutting out what doesn't work or doesn't work for me now.
To live my life in a sustainable way it needs to be in balance.
The projects I have worked through within this website are in my opinion vital building blocks necessary to achieve a happy and successful life and enable an individual to achieve their full potential.
Through observation of each project I have realised that in order to enable any project to work successfully there is a need to work on the unconscious level of the mind. Negative information and attitudes that have been formed through our lives which inhibit successful progression need to be recognised and be dealt with.
By revisiting some of the areas which I have made changes in through the 2 years of completing the diploma I can now assess how I can move forward to utilize these skills I have achieved.
In this project I will go through each area of my life to complete mini assessments, apply self regulation and look at feed back ,this is a process that needs to be carried out at regular intervals to keep the balance.
Ok so for this to work I have decided to design a template that can be applied to any project now or in the future.
Steps that can be worked through to assess if each project is achieving its optimum desired outcome.
It will need to be a simple tick sheet that can processed quickly to identify any problem areas that can then be tweaked to make the project work .
Analyse
identifying needs
what?
Design a pie chart define areas out of balance
Design a table to identify if the project is:
Is the input worth the output
is there a way of making it easer
How much time/energy/people/resources will need to go into the project
what functions can be stacked to make it work
is there a way to source above
how much will it cost are the costs worth the final outcome
Is there a way to defer cost or finance it another way
Is it sustainable (energy/time/cost/people) in its present format
What is the motivation how does it tie in to my ILP
Identify small steps to keep on track on ILPs
Does it make me happy am I still motivated?
Boundaries
The need to be honest, work with critical self-evaluation and Peer evaluation, receive constructive feedback from others.
How
Design a simple tick table to:
Identify boundaries
Create a mini ILP to provide small achievable steps to modify project to make it work
Pie chart to instantly identify areas out of balance
Make sure principles are working in each project Applying self-regulation and feedback
Identifying boundaries
Pie chart to define areas out of balance at a glance
list of questions to establish and identify the areas that aren't working
list of steps that can be followed to correct problem areas
incorporate principles
The best way to tackle this project is to design a template which outlines steps to work through for each section of my life.
How can I utilize this template in the future on any project once it has been designed proving it works? Using 80/20
Who utilizing feedback Mostly self reflection Peer reviews Group reviews This basic template can be utilized for any of the diploma projects: ( for both myself and others).
