I'm really struggling with time constraints at the moment, juggling work ,home life building the projects as well as weaving the web, project 2 which is an on going project that needs to be constantly monitored and .
I'm enjoying working on this project interacting with people and watching them respond and grow in self esteme and confidence as they take back control of their lives is giving me a real boost and incentive to carry on.built upon so my energy is very scatered.
In all of these projects it is glaringly obvious that I need to constantly check in with my needs to make sure I have the energy levels to keep everything running at optimuim levels so that I can give the best to my self and to others at the same time.
I will try to incorperate some of my social needs into this project at the same time as building it, such as having a meal and a catch up and then doing some work on the project in the same time slot multasking .There are also some good walks around where Ben lives so I can exercise and work on the project at the same time too.
The people who are part of this project are very different which is good, Carole is not as open to change as Ben and holding on to comfort zones and is more of a challenge. I need to find small steps for her to take in order for her to move forward and also plant some seeds, rather than give or sugest radical changes.

Have managed to catch up with a lot of a back log over the christmas period so I am feeling good about the project again.
I need to reserch some coping tecniques to help move people forward through problems, it would also help me to move through boundries in order to grow.
so excited i'v found TFT it works quckly to resolve problems by going into and reprograming the unconsious mind, i't s certainly helped me to move through some
stuff.
I am also starting work on a program for a workshop on self-empowerment, although this will be worked on as and when I have spare time!!!!!!
October 2013 How I have utilized the information I learned and what I've done since
As I worked with individual people I realised that by mapping out people's lives, most possessed a lot of potential but were not utilizing it because of negative belief systems. This has encouraged me to work on designing a course assisting people to realise their full potential by offering a full over hall of their lives covering nutrition ,exercise, setting goals working with negative self-belief and offering support systems.
It's a subject that I am passionate about and which I can bring in all the information I discovered and worked with through out these diploma projects.
