Commencement of my diploma began with a life review. I was asked to identify how my beliefs/family/friends/experiences had moulded me in to the person I am now.
I explored how I have repeated unhelpful patterns through out my life.

Skills Flex map
My skills flex map assessing resources
I had a bit of fun with designing my skill flex map, playing with graphics and presenting an interesting visual image and impact something a bit different.
It took me a while to work out how to do all this but it will go towards learning more computer skills and applying them to my future projects for my diploma.

Zones sectors and webs mapping
By looking around me I observed how a spider worked weaving a web and took the inspiration from that pattern.
The spider initially spins it's web in a Y shape to create a foundation on which to work and continue to build the web then weaves the strong threads in to add strength.
The end product is a strong light structure that holds the spider and its goal.
Starting with myself at zone 0 I worked my way outwards towards the different zones.

NEXT ACHIEVABLE STEPS
Zone 00
I am starting my action learning with myself at zone 00.
By looking at my self and by identifying areas that are out of balance I could see that my life was never going to work as it stood at it’s current level, it needed to be much more holistic in order for me to reach a more balanced and fulfilling life.
By working on these areas and myself, setting goals to correct the deficient out of balance areas I can then move forward.
Design pattern to detail.
Health
Identifying an imbalance of energy levels through a deficient diet, lack of exercise, creating lack of motivation.
Catch and store energy.
Look at sourcing organic whole foods through permaculture projects. Look into juicing.
Mental and spiritual health provide time to meditate, commune with nature, relax.
Social support systems
Friends, family. Make time to socialise.
Self-help methods
Find a self-help technique to help me move through the blocks, by working through the life review process I have discovered many areas where I repeat the same patterns over and over again. Push my boundaries.
Research a variety of self-help methods on myself to establish one that works.
Self-empowerment
Self-empowerment underpins the basis for moving my life forward this is achieved through taking responsibility on a holistic level, by understanding that is down to you to take control and responsibility for your life on every level moves you spiritual emotionally and physically forward.
Creative inputs
Lack of creative input and expression in my life, that part of my life has suffered through lack of time. Look at and research different crafts.
Photography, art and crafts.
Use and value diversity.
Work
My work life is completely out of balance. I spend more than 40% of my life working at a job that has no fulfilment value for me.
Look at alternative and multiple ways to bring in an income to provide a balance. Redundancy
Housing
Explore where I live and how I live there, how I can create a more sustainable way to do this utilise resources I already have.
Work with nature.
People skills
My people skills required working on, I have become more isolated over the last few years. Work on that by becoming more integrated with individual people to start with. Integration rather than segregation.. Take it slowly. Using small slow solutions.
My leadership skills are non-existent. Work on this by taking control of the situation by standing up to be counted rather than disappear in to the background, putting myself out there. And push my boundaries.
Presentation and teaching skills
Link this with a variety of creative ways to teach a holistic life style linked with Permaculture principles .Redundancy.
Discipline and focus
I have a problem with time management issues, sticking to a schedule, being scattered and non-focused.
Work on this on 2 levels, work on the blocks and create a structured time line. Produce no waste
Zone 1
Zone I is the individual once I have completed the groundwork on myself I can transfer the format to other people,trying it out on friends and family, helping them to set realistic goals and lead a more holistic life.
Health
Promoting healthy eating regimes through organic whole foods
Exercise through yoga tia chi, walking and dance.
Support systems
Friend’s family and networks of people
Spiritual mental health, quiet time to spend mediating, walking.
Self-help methods
Offer a self-help method to help others work through their blocks.
Self-empowerment
Encouraging the individual to take responsibility on a holistic level through understanding where the imbalance is in their lives and working with these areas.
Creative pursuits
Discover and encourage skills in people and encourage them to share the knowledge with others.
Use the edge and value diversity.
Work
Explore different avenues to bring in an income for people that will bring fulfilment in to their lives fire up their passion.work with nature.

Start to network and integrate with people on an individual level, find out more about them what makes them who they are, what they want from their life, what changes they want to make.
